As winds whipped through Manhasset last night and temperatures dropped down into single digits, The National Weather Service issued a Wind Chill Advisory for the area through 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Temperatures can feel as low as -13 degrees with the wind chill factored in and wind gusts of up to 45 MPH are possible.
