Road Rage In Roslyn

Nassau County Police Third Squad detectives are investigating an incident that occurred on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 3 p.m. in Roslyn Heights.
According to detectives, while driving eastbound on the Long Island Expressway with his family, the male victim, 25, became involved in a road rage incident with another driver. The subject became aggressive and pulled in front of the victim and applied his brakes. As the victim pulled into the HOV lane to pass the subject’s vehicle, the subject rolled down his window and pointed a black handgun at the victim then fled.
The subject is described as a male white, late 20’s with red hair operating a 2008-9 black Honda Civic 4-door sedan with tinted windows, a Jets sticker in rear window with yellow New York registration plates.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
