Kathy, the owner, was most generous with her menu. The club delighted in swan-shaped shrimp dumplings and four-color chicken shuimai that were made to look like flowers. Mongolian-style beef was another of the delectable dishes created for the visual and tasty repast.
The dessert topped off the culinary delight with fresh fruit shaped into the form of a swan. It was a delightful experience enjoyed by all.
