NBA Star Hosts Clinic

nateNorth Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Town Councilwoman Viviana Russell, in conjunction with Fundamental Sports Training and Elite Youth Camps announce NBA star Nate Robinson will be conducting a three-day basketball clinic at the North Hempstead’s “Yes We Can” community center July 21 through July 23. Robinson will train girls and boys ages 11-18 on those three days from 6-9 p.m.

Robinson, currently on the NBA’s Denver Nuggets, has played in the NBA for nine years and is a three-time NBA Slam Dunk Champion.

 The basketball clinic is for boys and girls “looking to improve and train like a pro.” It will feature training in areas such as: pick and roll reads, 1v1 moves, jump shots, defense, core strength, dribbling, and more.
