The Manhasset Community Club held their final meeting on May 17 at the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, Manhasset.
After a delicious luncheon and business meeting, the program opened by introducing the winners of the Manhasset Community Club College Scholarship. Two scholarships were given, one to a graduating student from St. Mary’s College Preparatory High School Brian Gallagher and another to Stephanie Palma from Manhasset High School.
Following the college scholarship presentation, the Manhasset Community Club President Suzanne Stross along with the Chairman of Charities Josephine Rand presented financial awards to the following charities:
Madeline Rubenstein of the North Shore INN;
Diane Holden of Adventures in Learning and Ashley Loods of Mammas House.
