Gunman At Subway

SubwayCrime_022015AAccording to Nassau County police a robbery occurred on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 9:35 p.m. at a Subway restaurant on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola.

According to detectives at the third squad, a male black suspect, wearing tan boots, blue jeans, a black jacket and gray sweatshirt entered the Subway located at 468 Jericho Turnpike armed with a handgun and demanded money from the male victim, 23 years of age, who was working at the store. 

The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot northbound on White Road with an undisclosed amount of cash.  The victim was alone in the store at the time of the incident.  No injuries were reported.
