Antique Muster Saturday


AntiqueMuster_062014AThe 21st Annual Fire Apparaturs Show and Antique Muster will held on June 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the rear of Mary Jane Davies Park. Hosted bythe Great Neck Alert Fire Company and the Manhasset Lakeville Fire Department.

Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department’s Antique Engine 8750. It is a fully-restored and pristine 1948 American La France pumper that served the department until 1968. This award-winning piece of antique fire apparatus, as well as many other antiques, will be on display at the M-LFD/GN Alert Fire Co.

Come bring the kids, enjoy food and a fun filled day.  Mary Jane Davies park is located across from the Town of North Hempstead offices on Plandome Road.

Elizabeth Johnson is former editor of Manhasset Press and Manhasset Press Magazine.
