The Manhasset School District 2017-18 passed with a low voter turnout.

BOE Trustees Christine Monterosso, Pat Aitken, newly appointed Superintendent Dr. Vincent Butera, Superintendent Charles Cardillo, BOE President Regina Rule, Vice President Ann Marie Curd, Trustee Carlo Prinzo

With the sun shining and balloons hung strategically throughout the community to remind people to vote, Manhasset residents overwhelmingly approved the increase by a 4 to 1 margin. Patricia Aitken was reelected to the board. Aitken ran uncontested.
